Our family had a wonderful stay here! The property was beautiful and so comfortable. The house is equipped with everything one could need to truly feel like a home away from home. We really appreciated the layout as a family of 5 staying ,as each bedroom was so nice, there was plenty of room for everyone to be more than comfortable. The pool was so amazing and the open floor plan of the house was fantastic for our family! We used the grill as well which worked great and spent a great amount of time just enjoying the beautiful backyard. The house is also close to everything in town and walking distance to many great restaurants and everything Saratoga Springs has to offer! Kenneth was an amazing host and plenty responsive. Thank you for everything and welcoming us to your home and allowing us to make incredible family memories at our daughter’s graduation from college!

Kenneth’s place was gorgeous! Perfect for our family of six and our 2 cats. Pet friendly, spacious, clean, and hospitable. We would love to return to enjoy another family fun weekend getaway! Kenneth was a very accommodating and gracious host. He allowed us to have a flexible checkout time, which we really appreciated!

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay as our family explored Lake George for spring break. Easy access to the village, bike path, hiking (Prospect Mountain was beautiful!), and restaurants. Matched online description, clean, easily accommodated four adults and two kids. Hot tub was key on cold nights!

Kenneth’s place worked as the perfect spot for a chill girls weekend. The set up worked perfectly for us and we loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops easily. While we were here in the spring, I’d love to come back in summer to take advantage of the awesome backyard/patio/pool! We had to reach out to Kenneth to check on street parking and he responded immediately and was very helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved our second visit to Kenneth’s home! House is big enough for 8 guests, adorably decorated and so much character! 10 minute walk to Broadway - many shops and restaurants! Kenneth and his wife were the perfect hosts… Communicative, responsive, etc. We texted looking for extra blankets and within 30 minutes, they dropped them at the front door. Cannot wait to go back again next year!

Great location! Very close to the town of Lake George. Very nice space with everything you would need. Didn’t make use of the fireplace or the hot tub but if we came back during the warmer season we definitely would.

The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms were new and water pressure was good. Although it was the winter and unable to use pool there, this was a good house for the price, walkable to town and again can’t stress how it was clean and comfortable- win win win. Kenneth was very responsive and it was easy to get into the home. Would recommend highly to family & friends.

Myself and my friends went on a ski trip to Whiteface/Stratton/Pico over the course of a 4 day stay. We were thrilled with the deal we got from Kenneth! The price we paid for the luxury we got was remarkable. A gas fireplace, hot tub, and private bathrooms for all three couples (or singles) really helped us all feel at home and unwind after days on the slopes. The cooking facilities were top notch and we were able to make two home cooked meals while we were there (and breakfast and lunch prep each morning). Everyone left with smiles on their face and we will certainly be thinking of Kenneth for our next ski adventure!

Had a great stay here for a Mt. Gore ski trip! The town nearby was very cute, with lots of dining options, and it was a reasonable distance to the mountain as well. Very cozy and we loved the hot tub as well!
